The Sampark Governing Board consists of seven persons. These include president, secretary, treasurer and four members. At present, Mr Nilesh Desai, the founder secretary of the organisation, is also Director of the organisation.

He is a social worker and associated with the organisation since 1990.

2. Mr Nilesh Desai, Secretary
He is a social worker and associated with the organisation since its formation in 1987.

3. Mrs Shweta Vinchoonker, Treasurer
She is a teacher and associated with the organisation in the present capacity since 2002.

4. Mr Devilal Vyas, Member
He is a social worker and associated with the organisation since 2002.

5. Dr JK Jain, Member
He is a doctor and associated with the organisation since 2002.

6. Mr Rakesh Desai, Member
He is in service and associated with the organisation since 1987.

7. Mr Vinod Parmar, Member
He is in service and associated with the organisation since 1987.
