 Awareness campaign conducted in the villages for generating awareness about the importance of girls' education. There is a mechanism of regular follow-up to ensure the girl children to be enrolled at school. This is a standing campaign to ensure that girs attend school and get quality education. 

The participation of women in the Gram Sabha meetings has increased. There is improvement in functioning of Anganwadi Centres resulted into severely malnourished children refered to Nutritional Rehabilitation Centre and get proper treatment there. Continuous meeting with Elective Women Representatives through organized workshops and there exposure; the Elective Women Representatives have satrted submitting applications for pensions, construction of school buildings, anganwadis and Kapil Dhara,  dug wells mostly been sanctioned.

Women have got employment in the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme resulted in added income and the construction of assets such as tanks, roads and school buildings. Adolescent girls have provided health training and women haveprovided health check-ups. Toilets and sub health centres constructed.

200 SHGs have provided women with economic self-reliance and freedom from debt bondage to usurious moneylenders and a corpus of Rs 65 lakhs has built up.

1000 Elected Women Representatives of Panchayati Raj Institutions from 150 villages organised into an association of their own which enables them to ward off the negative pressures of the male representatives and the bureaucrats and pursue their own agenda for gender equity and development.
