Tribal society has progressed through their glorious traditions. With the exposure to the changing times many such good traditions were replaced by newer traditions as a result of which mutual cooperation was replaced by hollow show. Any developmental effort was bound to fail under these circumstances. Sampark linked development with the revival of glorious traditions of the tribal society. The film documents this effort.
